How to reach us

The beta runs on iPhone and Android from December 2026, Toronto and the GTA first. Invites go out by email to the waitlist, organisers and their groups first. iPhone testers join through TestFlight, Android testers through Google Play testing; the invite email walks you through the one-time setup.

It is early software. Missions, scoring and your progress may change or reset between beta builds.

Your account is your email address. It is private and never shown to anyone. You sign in with a code we email you; there is no password.

Other runners see your call sign, which you choose once when you enlist. It is locked after that and does not have to be unique.

Only during a run you start. When you launch a mission, the app records your GPS track and distance in the background for that run, with the system location indicator showing. When no run is in progress, no location is used.

The track stays on your phone and is sent to the mission service with the run result. It is never shared live with other players, in a squad or anywhere else.

Pricing for launch has not been set, so we are not quoting one yet. When it is, it will be published here and shown in the app before you pay anything, and any subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed in your store account.

Your beta invite email says what applies to testers.

From the app’s settings, under your profile. Deletion removes your account, enlistment record and run history. Anything still in progress, such as a reported voice clip under review, is kept only until the review ends.

If you cannot reach the app, email support@missionrun.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
